Jay LaRue

Over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry with product types including high-rise office, R&D, warehouse/industrial, retail, shopping centers, multi-family residential. Past employment includes regional management positions with Southern California developers, Owners and management companies responsible for a variety of private ownership portfolios as well as institutional investment grade properties. Working for the past seven years growing LaRue Business Group, Inc., a full service real estate management and leasing company.

Sara J. Alex, RPASara J. Alex, RPA

Sara brings over 17 years of Class A high rise property management experience. She has worked locally for two of the largest and most highly recognized names within the real estate industry, Equity Office Properties (Ten Years) and CJ Segerstrom & Sons (Seven Years). Sara was responsible for financial reporting, annual budgeting, capital improvement coordination, regional staff supervision as well as detailed asset inspections. Sara’s enthusiastic approach to customer service has also enabled her to foster and maintain successful client/tenant relationships throughout her career.

Linda LaRue

Linda is a graduate of California State University Fullerton.  Linda began her career at LaRue Business Group in 2001 as the Chief Financial Officer Financial officer for the Company. She has over 14 years of experience working in commercial real estate as a Trust Manager, providing Clients with personal service and custom business solutions.  Her time spent in sales and sales management has taught her that repeat clients and referrals are earned by providing the highest level of service possible.
